Role: Layout reconfiguration and detailed construction drawings including joinery and bathrooms

Completion: Spring 2019

Working for a UK based developer we re-configured the layout of this apartment in Marbella. We moved the Kitchen and Living Room around to enable the new Master Suite to have a private Terrace. Through the internal layout changes we turned the Two bedroom apartment in to a three bed. Our scope included detailed joinery designs and bathroom designs including bespoke marble vanity units.
