Wheatley, Oxford

Value: 300K
Role: Architect & interiors from Concept - completion
Completion: June 2014

This dated 1960’s house has been completely refurbished throughout, including a new loft conversion adding two bedrooms, both with en-suites, and a ground floor extension creating a large Kitchen/Diner.  The new extension is in an Ashlar stone, respectful to the original house but giving the rear of the property a more contemporary look. The windows have been replaced on the back façade changing the look from a 1960's estate house to one that rightly fits in amongst its grade II listed neighbours in this conservation area. We have designed bespoke shelving, wardrobes and vanity units throughout the house.
